Chet Blur is a jerseyhead encountered on the Red Road within Downtown Olathe, being one of the mandatory fights that must be confronted in order to progress through the area.
Once approached, Chet will shout: "No jersey, no mercy!" before beginning his battle.

Chet uses a weapon - that being a knife, making him capable of dealing a considerable amount of damage to the player's party, while also making him vulnerable to Disarming Chop.
When his health reaches 50% or below, he will say “Too rough dude!” His death quote is a continuation of this, telling Alex “What did I just say?” after defeat.
Strategy[]
Chet Blur is a fairly simple enemy with many means of takedown.
Use Disarming Chop consistently to keep him away from his blade as it will decrease his damage output significantly. Setup Joel for the Taunt/Roll combo and continue to whittle away Chet's health with random attacks and/or combos.
If you possess at least 70 SP, you can open with a Goat Kick and he will have a good chance of suffering Fallen. Follow up with Iron Hoof and victory should be yours next turn.
Trivia[]
- Chet’s “Too rough man!” line can suggest that he only very recently put on the jersey, unaccustomed to the true nature of the franchise and still abiding by the expectations of The Game, where it is forbidden to seriously injure or kill another.
