Long Leg Lennie, often abbreviated to LLL, is a Central Power. He is first seen as a cameo appearance in the opening flashback of LISA: The Pointless and later encountered partaking in The Feast.
Pre-Flash
During Alex's first flashback, a young Lennie can be seen to the far right during the scene where Alex knocks down an unfortunate, hapless Vincent Lo.
In-Game
Lennie does not show up again until much later into the game, making another appearance during The Feast in the Gambling Hall, along with the other Central Powers.
During the debate between the Central Powers regarding what they should do about the rampant and rapid infinitization of Downtown Olathe, Lennie mentions rumors of a "small man, telling lies about big things". Lennie inquires for solutions to the problem of the Infinity Franchise and the rumors of a "better place" -- the rest of the Central Powers come up with nothing.
Right before the killing begins, Lennie prepares to leave, saying that he has to make a phone call. Office Ottoman replies, confused, saying that they smashed all the phones in Downtown.
Before anyone can react, the lights flicker, and Lennie is gone.
